1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of your order. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Standard UK Shipping: We offer affordable standard shipping within the UK.
- International Shipping: Available for certain destinations. Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
2. Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Express Delivery: Available for an additional fee. Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Custom Orders: As our products are made to measure, the processing time may vary. Typically, custom orders are delivered within 7-14 business days after order confirmation and measurement.
3. Order Processing
Orders will be processed and dispatched once payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Custom-made products may take longer to process, depending on the complexity of the order.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the following areas:
- United Kingdom
- Europe: Select countries
- International: Available on request. Please contact us for more information on international shipping.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. Sam’s Blinds is not responsible for delays or additional charges if an incorrect address is provided. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the severity of the damage.
If your order is lost during shipping, we will work with the courier to track and resolve the issue. However, Sam’s Blinds is not responsible for items lost once the delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
