We recommend following our Measuring Guide, which provides step-by-step instructions on how to measure for both inside-mount and outside-mount blinds. If you’re unsure or prefer not to measure yourself, we offer a free consultation where our experts will take care of everything for you.

3. How long will it take to receive my blinds?

After you place your order, your custom blinds will be made to your exact specifications. Typically, the process takes between 7 to 14 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and order volume. Once completed, we’ll ship your blinds, and you can expect them to arrive within 3-5 working days. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us for special arrangements.

4. Do you offer installation services?

Yes! We offer professional blind installation services. Once your blinds arrive, our experienced team can install them for you to ensure they are fitted perfectly. You can request an installation quote when booking your consultation or after you place your order.

5. Can I return or exchange my blinds?

Because our blinds are custom-made to your exact specifications, we unfortunately cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. However, if you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange for a replacement. For exchanges, we may be able to help depending on the circumstances, but please reach out for further assistance.

6. Do you offer free samples of the blinds?

Yes! We understand that choosing the right fabric and color is important. That’s why we offer free samples of our blinds and fabrics. You can request up to 5 free samples on our website. Simply choose the styles you're interested in, and we'll send them to you.

7. How do I clean and maintain my blinds?

The maintenance of your blinds will depend on the type of material you choose:

  • Roller Blinds: Simply wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Venetian Blinds: Dust regularly and wipe with a soft cloth. If necessary, use a mild soap solution.
